3 key ways to maintain a stable weight as a MESOMORPH.

Mesomorphs GET IN HERE 🗣🏋️🏼‍♀️

  • those of us who’s weight fluctuates, our weight struggles to stay one place. yeah we are called Mesomorphs but I call us the shapeshifters lol.
  • because our core goal is to maintain a stable weight (not tomorrow we are skinny, next month we are overweight, and other month medium you know…)
  • not to worry, we can achieve our ideal weight with major (mental and physical) consistency, pace yourself… everything – takes – time. for beginners I’ll recommend starting small. (and trust me every sweat counts).
  • work your mind through it… start with your favorite workouts, do them gradually, give yourself a routine and sticky to it (remember our core aim is to maintain our desired size/weight.)
  • but most importantly, adjust your diet. PLEASEEE YOUR BODY MORE THAN YOUR TONGUE/MOUTH. trust me, your taste buds will adjust just as your body will. coz the feeling and joy you get when you begin to notice the difference – it’s ecstatic!

we are practising consistency this year, so you can bet I’ll update you with a progress report. I know for sure dieting could be HARD so if you’re ahead of us kindly share what you eat and recipes. for me I love Eggs (but can’t down more than 2 lol!)
